What's the catch?
The catch is ours, not yours. We spend real hours building your preview knowing you might walk away. We carry that because most people who see their finished website want it live — and because one good site in a suburb tends to bring us the neighbours. If you take the preview and vanish, that's our cost of doing business.
What will it cost me?
You'll have the exact price in writing when your preview arrives: a once-off amount for the build, and a small monthly amount that covers hosting, your domain and ongoing changes. The number is fixed before you decide and doesn't creep afterwards. We'd rather you judge the site first and the price second — which is why the price isn't the headline here.
I already have a website. Why would I need you?
If it's working — fast on a phone, everything clicks, enquiries arriving — you don't. But run the live check at the top of this page. A site with broken links, old prices or a security warning isn't neutral: it quietly costs you the customers who do find you. We'll build the replacement free, so you can compare the two side by side before spending anything.
Do you fix existing sites, or only build new ones?
We rebuild rather than patch. Untangling an old site usually takes longer than building a clean one — and you'd still be standing on the old foundations. Your domain and email stay exactly as they are, and nothing switches over until you say go.
Do I actually own the site?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you ever want to leave, give 30 days' notice and we hand over the files and the domain. No hostage-taking.
What if I don't like the preview?
Then you've lost nothing. You haven't paid, signed or committed to anything. We'd rather build something you don't want than pitch you something that doesn't exist.
I've got a Facebook page. Isn't that enough?
It helps, but you don't own it, you can't control what's shown next to it, and it rarely ranks for the searches that matter — "plumber Milnerton", "vet near me". A Facebook page also can't take an enquiry and email it to you while you're on a job.
What happens once the site is live?
We keep it running — hosting, SSL certificate, domain renewal, daily backups and uptime monitoring — and we handle your content changes. New photos, changed hours, a new service. Send them on WhatsApp.
What if I already have a domain?
We point it at the new site and nothing about your email changes. If you're running email on that domain, say so upfront — we'll carry the mail records across so nothing breaks.
Five days really?
Five working days from the moment you approve and send photos and copy details. The delay is almost never on our side — it's usually waiting for photos.
Do you only work in Cape Town?
